Manish spent first 16 years of his career driving change & transformation across Europe and Asia within Fortune 500 organisations where he encountered the power of resilient leaders and organisations first-hand. That led him to choose the path of building workplace resilience as a mission of his life and join The Resilience Institute in 2016, an esteemed organisation driving performance with care.

Manish is a Singaporean who grew up in India and the UK. He has spoken at various international platforms and has trained 1000’s of leaders in diverse organisations such as HSBC, Grab, Unilever, Danone, DBS, AXA, Nestle and Microsoft.
